Definitely one of the most memorable experiences of our guests during their stay is the breakfast time. A variety of fresh and tasteful delicacies is prepared with care and served at our breakfast terraces overlooking the fascinating view of Parikia bay!
With the term "continental" we describe the light morning meal, which is normally cold or at room temperature such as bread products, vegetables & fruit. This kind of breakfast - fully related to the Mediterranean diet - has been dominant in Paros over the years, as result of 2 factors. Firstly, due to the local production (mainly oriented in cultivation of wheat, seeds and vegetables and not as much in livestock), and secondly due to the warm climate which is not suitable for hot meals.
